PRIVACY
Infinite Good Coach. Last updated 21 July 2026. I'm Carol Faculjak, a coach based in Cambridge, UK, and this is my website. This page explains what happens to any details you leave here. If you have a question about any of it, email me at carol@infinitegoodcoach.com and a human, specifically me, will answer.
WHAT I COLLECT, AND WHY
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message so I can reply.
If you request the free chapter, I receive your first name and email address so I can send you the chapter, plus the occasional email from me about my work, the book, and things like the Lab opening. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing works immediately and without hard feelings.
If you book a call, the booking runs through Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
The site runs on Wix, which uses cookies for essential functions and, only with your consent, analytics. You choose what to allow in the cookie banner and you can change your mind at any time.
WHAT I NEVER DO
I don't sell your details, and I don't share them with anyone except the services that make this site work. That means Wix, for hosting, forms and email, and Calendly, for bookings. Those providers may process data on servers outside the UK under their own safeguards.
HOW LONG I KEEP THINGS
Contact messages, for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. Mailing list details, until you unsubscribe. Nothing is kept longer than it needs to be.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email carol@infinitegoodcoach.com and I'll sort it.
