SEASONED COACH. SEASONED HUMAN.

I’ve been the person on the other side of this website.

My thirties handed me a full crisis buffet. My first-ever bad work reviews, at a job I didn’t even like. A boyfriend who moved back to his home country without taking me (rude). And a studio apartment where the walls were visibly closing in. So I did what any sensible woman in freefall would do. I got my nose pierced and hired a coach.

That coach changed everything, just not the way I expected. Somewhere in those sessions it hit me. The seat I actually wanted was on the other side of the conversation. So I moved across the world — chasing the boyfriend, who wisely upgraded to husband — started my coach training, and never looked back.

I trained as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC) because it's the approach that worked on me. No fixing, no diagnosing. Just the right questions, and someone who won't flinch at your answers. Then I went further and became a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach, because life's hardest chapters don't respond to pep talks.

What you get from me.  Relentless belief, zero flattery, zero judgement. And I will call you on your own BS. Kindly, but I'll call it.

The best bit. I’d still want to do this even if it weren’t my job. Watching someone stop circling and start moving is genuinely my favourite thing on earth. I charge properly for it because the work deserves that seriousness. And because when you invest properly, you show up differently — so do I.

Long & Short. Some of my best work happens in partnership. With my coaching partner Lexie Bebbington, I run Long & Short — our joint venture where we co-wrote the book, built the Lab, and coach together. If two coaches sounds better than one, go have a look.
