LIFE COACHING IN CAMBRIDGE & ONLINE
HOW THIS WORKS
Coaching, without the mystery.
People ask me all the time what a coach actually does. Fair question. Coaching is a series of honest conversations with someone trained to make them count. Below is what working with me looks like. What happens, how long it takes, where prices start. The rest we work out together on your intro call.
Who this is for
You're capable. That was never the question. But something has shifted, or never quite settled in the first place. It might be work, and it might be nothing to do with work.
Or maybe it's:
-
A relationship that's changed shape.
-
Confidence that's gone quiet, or the things you keep not saying.
-
In your twenties or thirties with every door open and no idea which one is yours, while everyone else seems so sure.
-
Working out who you are after becoming a parent.
-
Wondering what a third act could look like in your fifties.
-
Or something else entirely.
It's life stuff, the good stuff, and people bring all of it to coaching. The truth underneath is simple. Something needs to be different. And you're done waiting for it to sort itself out.
I work one-on-one, in person or virtually, across time zones. I've been coaching since 2005. So, I've sat with a lot of people and their stuff. And the thing that doesn't change is how great it is to see people get to know themselves in a different way and make changes for the better.
Straight-talking and trauma-informed
They sound like opposites. They're not. One makes the other possible. As a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach, I know the difference between a wall that needs pushing and one that needs patience. You'll feel steady with me, even in the hard conversations. Especially in those.
Coaching and therapy do different jobs. Coaching works with where you are now and what you want next. And if what you bring needs therapeutic support, I'll say so.

1
The conversations.
A free intro call. You talk, I listen, we both decide if this is a fit. No pitch — if I'm not the right coach for you, I'll say so and point you toward someone who is.
2
The work.
Regular one-on-one sessions. We get clear on what you actually want — not what you're supposed to want — then build the path and walk it. Between sessions, you'll have real things to do and someone who'll notice whether you did them.
3
The movement.
After you've been working a while, you'll notice it. Decisions made. Steps taken. Life moving in a way you want.
The Next Chapter
Three months, which is long enough to work out what you actually want and then get properly moving on it.
10 sessions across three months. Weekly at first, then fortnightly.
The Rewrite
For the big ones. A career change, a starting over, a life that needs rebuilding rather than adjusting. Six months deep work.
18 sessions across six months.
£1,200

Not quite sure which package to choose? Let's figure it out together, that's what the intro call is for. And we can always create something that will work for your situation.

One Conversation
For one specific thing you want to think through properly. You talk, I ask questions, and by the end you know what you're actually deciding. Afterwards you get a one-page summary, with the first steps to take.
90 minutes. Comes off the price if you book a package within a month.
£750
For when you already know where the knot is and you want it loosened. Six weeks is usually enough to shift one thing for good.
6 weekly 60-minute sessions.
The Reset
What it costs.
Coaching is expensive. So is staying stuck.
“She showed empathy, but didn't let me off the hook — and she got me thinking very deeply about what I wanted to achieve. I've achieved more transformational shifts in the last year than I had in the previous five.” — T.D.
I'll be honest, I'd do this work for free. I love it that much. I don't, because the work is real and real work deserves skin in the game. Yours and mine. When there's something on the line, you take it seriously. So do I.
