Together, we find your way.
Straight talk, soft landing.

I work with capable people who are quietly done circling the same crossroads.

You're not broken and you're not behind. You're between chapters. And that's when a coach can help.

A free call to begin. Tell me what's going on. I'll tell you if I can help.

CO-ACTIVE COACHING WITH CAROL FACULJAK

Nobody hires a coach because life is going perfectly.

They come because some version of this is happening. Sound familiar?

"How am I answering work emails at dinner and at 11pm? Again."

“I know I want something different. I just can't see what — or how.”

“I'm starting over, and it's equal parts terrifying and overdue.”

Stuck is a symptom. You've probably known that for a while. What's been missing is momentum, and someone in your corner who won't let you talk yourself out of it.

What coaching actually is. And isn’t.

Coaching is a straight-talking partnership. I ask the questions nobody else in your life will, listen properly to the answers, and then hold you to what you said you wanted.

As a Co-Active Coach®, I don't hand you a five-step plan someone else wrote. We build yours from your values, your life, your personal definition of good. Then we do the work, and I hold your line if you wobble.

THE FINE PRINT, IN PLAIN SIGHT

Not therapy. And I'll say so if therapy is what you need.

Not someone telling you how to live your life.

Is listening to yourself in a new and intentional way.

Is honest questions, real accountability.

Is you, moving. Finally, and on purpose.

HUMAN, FIRST

You can ask a machine almost anything now, and it will answer in seconds. Being heard is a different thing entirely. There is a moment in every session when someone says the thing they have never quite said out loud, and I hear it all the way to the end of the sentence, without flinching and without rushing in to fix it. A person shows up in a way a keyboard never will, and stays there, still in your corner next week asking, right, what are we doing about it. In a world of chatbots and instant answers, that kind of human attention has quietly become rare, and precious.

Carol Faculjak, Co-Active life coach in Cambridge

Hi, I'm Carol.

I coach people who are quietly ready for something to change. My job isn't to give you the answers. It's to ask the questions that shake yours loose, and then make sure you actually do something about them.

Warm, direct, occasionally cheeky. No judgement. No agenda of my own. The only outcome I am attached to is yours.

Don't take my word for it.

Real words from people I've coached. Their work together is private, so I've kept them to initials.

When I met Carol I felt somewhat stuck and overwhelmed. Slowly the fog was lifting — and I now know what I need to do next. I could not recommend her highly enough.

If you're looking for a kind, honest and challenging coach, look no further. This isn't pink and fluffy stuff. I asked Carol to challenge me when I wasn't being myself, and she did just that — calling me out when I wasn't being honest with myself. She's made a huge difference to my confidence and my focus.

— T.D.

I was initially sceptical about coaching before I met Carol, but she has convinced me of its value. She helped me find the solutions that were probably right under my nose all along. I would not hesitate to recommend Carol to anyone."

The next chapter won't write itself. Let's get you a pen.

It starts with one conversation. Free, unhurried, and surprisingly clarifying.
